The breaker has been professionally refurbished.  It passed a secondary test with a factory UTS3 test set and the CBTMB test module required for series 6B trip units.  The ground fault test with 120 volts and the test button functions properly and trips the breaker.

• This breaker does not exhibit any of the known operation problems that this frame sometimes has.  It resets easily, and closes every time.  The handle is not loose or cracked.  The front face is not scraped from the handle movement.
